Since 2007 Linda has been focusing on top team effectiveness, leadership development and supervisory board assessments.
In 2012 Linda was founding partner of Aberkyn – Change Leadership Partners, with its head office in the Netherlands. She became Managing Partner of the Aberkyn Group which expanded to 120 professionals and to a local presence in Boston, Singapore, Dubai, Berlin and London. In December 2017 Aberkyn was acquired by McKinsey & Company.
Before 2007, Linda worked for 20 years with McKinsey & Company in the Netherlands. The first half of her McKinsey career was focused on serving clients and leading engagements in primarily the transportation industry and consumer related industries and in the public sector on a variety of strategic, organizational and operational topics. The second half of her McKinsey career was dedicated to managing the consultants in the Amsterdam Office as Director of Consulting Staff. As member of the Partner group she worked together with the Managing Partner on setting the direction for the office.
Over the years, Linda has held non-executive board positions both in the profit and non-profit sector (with a.o. NV HMS, Frans Hals Museum, Stichting Lezen & Schrijven, Max Geldens Stichting) and advisory board roles (a.o. Stichting De Nieuwe Kerk, Stadsschouwburg and Philharmonie Haarlem). She is currently active as Supervisory Board member and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Royal Flora Holland and at Triple Jump (Impact Investment Management) and as Advisory Board member of Vereniging Rembrandt and Karmijn Capital. She is also Directeur and Board member at the KHMW (Koninklijke Hollandse Maatschappij der Wetenschappen) and is an active member of several networks of female leaders in the Netherlands.
